1. Eligibility and account authority

  • You must be legally capable of entering a contract and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
  • If you act for a studio or organisation, you confirm that you may bind it.
  • Keep credentials secure, use accurate information and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

2. The Service

SaffronPix provides software for studio operations, client and project management, document generation, photo and film delivery, collaboration, marketplace workflows and related integrations. Features, limits and availability depend on your plan, region, device and configuration.

3. Your content and instructions

  • You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant SaffronPix a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, transcode, display and deliver it only to operate, secure and improve the Service and follow your instructions.
  • You must hold all permissions needed for client records, media, music, location, biometric or face-related processing, team data and communications.
  • You remain responsible for releases, copyright, privacy notices, lawful instructions and access decisions for your clients and team.

4. Plans, payment and taxes

Plan prices, usage limits, billing periods, taxes and renewal terms shown at checkout or in your order apply. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Except where the Refund Policy or mandatory law provides otherwise, fees already earned are non-refundable.

5. Integrations

Third-party services such as storage, payment, maps, calendars, email, WhatsApp, push notifications and app stores are governed by their own terms. You authorise the data exchange needed for integrations you enable. We are not responsible for a third party's independent service or outage.

6. Acceptable use and suspension

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, respond to legal requests, enforce plan limits, investigate misuse or protect users. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable Service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update features for security, legal, technical or product reasons. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material adverse change where required.

8. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Otherwise, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and SaffronPix's aggregate liability relating to the Service is limited to fees paid for the affected Service during the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in India may hear disputes, but this does not remove mandatory consumer, privacy or statutory rights available in your country. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through [email protected].

Questions or rights requests: [email protected]. If a client gallery is controlled by a studio, contacting that studio first is usually the fastest route.
