1.1 Introduction

Welcome to SaffronPix. SaffronPix is a digital platform created for photographers, studios, filmmakers, event companies, and creative professionals to manage galleries, clients, teams, photo delivery, video streaming, and OTT-style client viewing.

Our services may include:

• •Photo gallery hosting
• •Client image selection
• •Face search or face grouping
• •Video hosting and streaming
• •OTT-style video playback on supported TV devices
• •Photographer team management
• •Client management
• •Event/project management
• •Storage and delivery tools
• •Download links and private sharing
• •Branding and client viewing experience

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By using SaffronPix, creating an account, uploading content, sharing a gallery, inviting a client, streaming a video, or using any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use SaffronPix.

1.3 Who Can Use SaffronPix

You may use SaffronPix if:

• •You are at least 18 years old;
• •You are legally capable of entering into a contract;
• •You are using the platform for lawful personal or business purposes;
• •You have the required rights and permissions for all content and personal data uploaded by you.

If you are using SaffronPix on behalf of a studio, company, team, or client, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf.

1.4 Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, updated, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• •Keeping your login credentials secure;
• •All activities performed under your account;
• •Managing team access correctly;
• •Removing access of team members who no longer work with you;
• •Informing SaffronPix immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

SaffronPix is not responsible for loss caused by weak passwords, shared credentials, compromised devices, or unauthorised account sharing.

1.5 User Roles

SaffronPix may include different user roles:

• •Studio Owner / Photographer — the person or business that creates projects, uploads photos/videos, manages clients, manages team members, and controls gallery settings.
• •Team Member — a person invited by the Studio Owner, such as editor, album designer, shooter, manager, assistant, or collaborator.
• •Client — a person or business whose photos, videos, events, or projects are managed or delivered through SaffronPix.
• •Gallery Viewer / Guest — a person who accesses a gallery, downloads images, views videos, uses face search, or interacts with shared content.

Each user must use SaffronPix only within the permissions granted to them.

1.6 Ownership of Uploaded Content

All photos, videos, albums, files, client data, event data, and uploaded content remain the property of the photographer, studio, client, or rightful content owner. SaffronPix does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

By uploading content to SaffronPix, you grant SaffronPix a limited permission to host, store, process, display, transmit, stream, back up, compress, generate thumbnails, organise, deliver, and make available the content only for providing SaffronPix services.

1.7 Photographer and Studio Responsibility

The photographer, studio, or account owner is responsible for ensuring that they have all required permissions, rights, licenses, and consents before uploading or sharing any content. This includes consent or permission from:

• •Clients;
• •Wedding/event participants;
• •Guests;
• •Employees;
• •Team members;
• •Children's parents or guardians, where applicable;
• •Copyright owners of photos, videos, music, logos, or other material.

The account owner is responsible for informing clients and gallery viewers when AI tools, face search, face grouping, video streaming, or online sharing features are used.

1.8 AI Gallery and Face Search

SaffronPix may provide AI-based tools such as:

• •Face grouping;
• •Face search;
• •Smart gallery search;
• •Image sorting;
• •Auto tagging;
• •Similar image grouping;
• •Client image discovery.

AI results may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free. Users should review AI-generated results before final delivery or business use.

You must not use AI features for unlawful surveillance, identity verification, discrimination, harassment, profiling, stalking, or any unauthorised purpose.

1.9 Video and OTT / TV Streaming

SaffronPix may allow photographers and studios to upload, host, stream, and deliver videos through:

• •Web browsers;
• •Mobile devices;
• •Supported TV apps;
• •Android TV;
• •Fire TV;
• •Smart TV platforms;
• •Custom or branded viewing experiences.

Video playback may depend on:

• •Internet speed;
• •Device compatibility;
• •App version;
• •Browser support;
• •CDN availability;
• •Uploaded file format;
• •Video bitrate;
• •Resolution;
• •Server load;
• •Regional network conditions.

SaffronPix does not guarantee uninterrupted, buffer-free, or error-free playback on every device or internet connection.

1.10 Gallery Privacy and Sharing

SaffronPix may allow galleries and video projects to be shared using:

• •Public links;
• •Private links;
• •Passwords;
• •PIN codes;
• •Client login;
• •Email invites;
• •Download links;
• •Expiry dates;
• •Team permissions;
• •Restricted viewer access.

The photographer or account owner is responsible for sharing gallery links, video links, passwords, and PINs only with authorised persons. Once an authorised viewer downloads content, screenshots content, screen records videos, or forwards a link, SaffronPix may not be able to fully control further sharing.

1.11 Team Management

Studio Owners may invite team members to access projects, clients, galleries, files, videos, or assigned work. Team members must not:

• •Access content not assigned to them;
• •Download or copy client files without permission;
• •Share client data outside the platform;
• •Use content for personal portfolio without permission;
• •Misuse client, gallery, or event information.

The Studio Owner is responsible for managing team access and removing inactive or unauthorised team members.

1.12 Client Management

SaffronPix may allow users to store and manage client details such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, event dates, project details, addresses, invoices, payment status, communication notes, and delivery status. Users must ensure that client data is collected and uploaded lawfully and only for valid business purposes.

1.13 Payments, Plans, and Billing

SaffronPix may offer free, trial, paid, subscription, storage-based, video-based, or usage-based plans. Plan details may include:

• •Storage limits;
• •Number of galleries;
• •Number of clients;
• •Team member limits;
• •AI processing limits;
• •Video upload limits;
• •Streaming bandwidth limits;
• •4K/8K/HD availability;
• •Download limits;
• •Branding features;
• •Support level.

You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges for the selected plan.

1.14 Fair Usage

To protect platform performance and control storage/video/CDN costs, each plan may be subject to fair usage limits. Excessive, abnormal, automated, abusive, or very high-volume usage may result in:

• •Temporary throttling;
• •Additional charges;
• •Plan upgrade requirement;
• •Restriction of certain features;
• •Suspension of account;
• •Removal of abusive usage.

1.15 Free Trial

If SaffronPix offers a free trial, trial features, limits, and duration may vary. SaffronPix may modify, stop, or restrict free trials at any time. Trial accounts may be deleted after expiry if not upgraded.

1.16 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process available on the website or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing but may not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.

1.17 Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy provided separately.

1.18 Prohibited Use

You must not use SaffronPix to upload, store, share, stream, or distribute content that:

• •Belongs to another person and you do not have rights to use;
• •Violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• •Is illegal under Indian law;
• •Is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, sexually exploitative, or harmful to children;
• •Is defamatory, hateful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory;
• •Invades another person's privacy;
• •Promotes violence, terrorism, money laundering, gambling, fraud, phishing, or illegal activity;
• •Contains malware, viruses, spyware, or harmful code;
• •Misleads viewers or impersonates another person;
• •Violates any applicable law, court order, or government direction.

SaffronPix may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated.

1.19 Copyright and Music

Users are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded photos, videos, music, songs, audio, logos, designs, and other materials are properly owned or licensed. SaffronPix is not responsible for copyright claims arising from user-uploaded content.

1.20 Service Availability

SaffronPix will try to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be affected by:

• •Maintenance;
• •Server issues;
• •CDN issues;
• •Payment gateway issues;
• •Internet failure;
• •Third-party service failure;
• •Cyber incidents;
• •Device limitations;
• •App store or TV platform issues.

1.21 Third-Party Services

SaffronPix may use third-party providers for:

• •Cloud hosting;
• •Storage;
• •CDN;
• •Video processing;
• •Payment gateway;
• •Email;
• •SMS;
• •WhatsApp or communication tools;
• •Analytics;
• •Security monitoring;
• •AI processing;
• •Customer support.

SaffronPix is not responsible for failures, delays, outages, pricing changes, or policy changes of third-party service providers.

1.22 No Permanent Backup Guarantee

SaffronPix is a hosting, gallery, streaming, and delivery platform. It should not be treated as the only permanent backup for original photos or videos. Users should maintain their own backup of all original files.

1.23 Account Suspension or Termination

SaffronPix may suspend or terminate an account if:

• •Terms are violated;
• •Payment fails;
• •Illegal content is uploaded;
• •Security risk is detected;
• •Platform misuse is found;
• •False information is provided;
• •User causes harm to platform, users, or third parties.

1.24 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SaffronPix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, reputational, or financial losses. This includes loss of:

• •Profit;
• •Client opportunity;
• •Data;
• •Revenue;
• •Reputation;
• •Business continuity;
• •Expected delivery;
• •Streaming availability.

SaffronPix's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to SaffronPix in the last three months before the claim.

1.25 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and protect SaffronPix from claims, losses, damages, legal costs, or liabilities arising from:

• •Your uploaded content;
• •Your misuse of the platform;
• •Your violation of law;
• •Your violation of third-party rights;
• •Your failure to obtain consent;
• •Copyright claims;
• •Privacy claims;
• •Misuse by your team members or invited users.

1.26 Changes to Terms

SaffronPix may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on SaffronPix.com with a revised "Last Updated" date.

1.27 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the courts of India at the location of SaffronPix's registered business address.
