Account Deletion & Data Retention

1. Request

The authorised owner can request export or deletion in Privacy settings where available or contact [email protected]. We verify identity, authority, outstanding obligations and shared-workspace effects before completion.

2. What happens

• Access may be restricted while the request is processed.
• Active content is deleted or de-identified after applicable recovery, dispute and legal-retention periods.
• Backups age out on their normal protected cycle and are not restored for ordinary use after deletion.
• Records required for tax, fraud prevention, security, disputes or legal compliance are retained only for that purpose.

3. Client requests

Clients should first contact the studio that controls their gallery. If the studio is unavailable, contact us with enough information to identify the controller and verify the request.
